Penthouse suite on Strand beachfront on offer in liquidation auction

A penthouse suite that towers above the waves in a prime location on the Strand beachfront will be on offer in a liquidation auction to be held on site by the Michael James Organisation on Thursday, 10 September.

The auction house’s Paula Voges describes the suite – one of the two penthouse apartments in the sectional title Peninsula Bay development - as “outstanding”. The property has panoramic ocean views.

Unit 78, SS Peninsula Bay – better known as apartment number 601 - is situated in the Ocean Breeze Hotel, Beach Road, Strand, and measures 221m², Voges says.
