Wilderness property could be family getaway home or permanent residence


Michael James Organisation will offer a spacious property in Wilderness at a curatorship auction to be held on site at 11am on Wednesday, 13 April, giving bidders the chance to acquire a family getaway home or permanent residence in the popular coastal town.


This is according to the auction house’s Samantha James, who says that the Garden Route home comprises three bedrooms, with main en suite; a family bathroom; and an open-plan lounge, dining room and modern, fitted kitchen. The living areas open onto a patio with a built-in braai and a large garden.


The neat property, which is situated at 1142 Louisa Avenue, Wilderness - and also known as Erf 1142, Wilderness.


The property will be on show on 9 April, the Saturday prior to the auction, from 2pm to 4pm.


The terms of the auction require payment of a 10 percent deposit plus auctioneer’s commission on the fall of the hammer, with the balance payable on transfer.
