• Payment reference – use name that will be required on auction invoice
• Valid FICA documentation required
• VAT at 15% on bid price on all purchases or as specified on individual times
• Buyers commission on all purchases or as specified on individual items
• VAT at 15% on buyers commission or as specified on individual items
• Documentation fee of R2,250.00 on all purchases or as specified on individual purchases
• VAT at 15% on documentation fee or as specified on individual items
• Payment is due within 24 hours of date of auction
• Accepted form of payment is bank transfer (EFT – ZAR) only, no exceptions will be made
• Vehicles / Lots will not be released until funds reflect in MJO account
• Auction deposits will only be refunded to the purchasers once all conditions have been satisfied
